Sorry to all the avid readers of onevotecounts. Our vacation lasted a little longer than we had planned, but we're back! Buzz also had a few problems with the Univac 3000, and you wouldn't believe how hard it is to find replacement vacuum tubes. I've begged Norton to upgrade, but he thinks microprocessors are just a fad, like electricity, telephones, and digital television.
We're going to institute a few changes at OVC. First of all, we hope to hold to a minimum 3 blogs a week, including Satire Mondays. Buzz had suggested Super Satire Saturdays, but I'm not a big fan of alliteration and Saturdays are not the best days for Norton's creative thought. Second, with all of the happenings in Luzerne County these days, we will dedicate some time to local issues. Third, well... there really is no third at the present time. Come on, it's our first day back. Give us a little time.
